If your package could not be delivered, the package will be sent back to us.
Please contact our customer service regarding your package. In this case, shipping costs will apply again, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We only issue return slips upon receip:
wrong goods, wrong color, wrong name or missing goods. If the goods are missing, we pay attention to the delivery date. Please check the products after receipt, if there are any shortages, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. The return slip will be sent to you by email
